1. Who We Are

BD Pigeon Hub is a marketplace and community platform for pigeon enthusiasts in Bangladesh, developed and operated by AlphaCue Technologies. These Child Safety Standards apply to the BD Pigeon Hub mobile application (Android and iOS) and the BD Pigeon Hub website.

2. Our Commitment Against CSAE

AlphaCue Technologies is committed to protecting children and maintaining a platform that is free from child sexual abuse and exploitation. We comply with all applicable child safety laws, including the laws of Bangladesh and the requirements of the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy. We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or behaviour that exploits or endangers minors anywhere on our service, without exception.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on BD Pigeon Hub. Any of the following will result in immediate removal of content, termination of the responsible account, and where appropriate, a report to law enforcement:

• Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — including images, video, text, or audio.
• Sexualising, grooming, soliciting, or attempting to engage a minor for sexual purposes.
• Sextortion, or threatening to share intimate imagery of a minor.
• Trafficking, advertising, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a minor.
• Any other content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

4. Age Requirement

BD Pigeon Hub is not directed at children. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and users aged 13–17 must have the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly allow minors below the minimum age to use the platform. If we learn that an underage user has registered, we will remove the account.

5. Prevention & Moderation

• All user-generated content — including wall posts, listing images, auction images, profile photos, and messages — is subject to our content standards and may be reviewed by our moderation team.
• In-app and on-site reporting mechanisms allow any user to flag content or accounts that may violate these standards.
• Reported content suspected of containing CSAE is prioritised for immediate review and removal.
• We maintain records of reports and enforcement actions to support investigations and continual improvement of our safety measures.

6. How to Report CSAE

If you encounter content or behaviour on BD Pigeon Hub that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately. You can:

• Email our child safety team directly at alphacuetechnologies@gmail.com with the subject line "Child Safety Report".
• Use the in-app or on-site report option available on posts, listings, profiles, and messages.

We aim to acknowledge child safety reports within 24 hours and to act on confirmed violations without delay.

7. Our Response & Enforcement

When we identify or receive a report of CSAE, we will:

1. Remove the offending content promptly.
2. Suspend or permanently terminate the responsible account(s).
3. Preserve relevant evidence as permitted or required by law.
4. Report the matter to the appropriate authorities and, where applicable, to relevant child protection organisations.

8. Legal Compliance & Reporting to Authorities

AlphaCue Technologies complies with all applicable laws regarding child safety and the reporting of CSAM. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and recognised child protection bodies. Confirmed CSAM will be reported to the appropriate national authorities and to international bodies such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
